With the much anticipated first big match of the year, Florida State Championship, right around the corner, I wanted to throw a quick tune up class together.

We will hit some foundational refreshers and movement and then get a lot of reps on some solid drills to get you prepared for the State Championship.

Topics will include:
– Throttle control and target transitions
– Shooting on the move: How to do it right & when it makes sense
– Swingers and steel
– Movement techniques for entries and exits

PLUS: Since I’m moving I will be doing a bunch of giveaways throughout the class for gear!
