LE Only: 3 Day Rifle & Pistol Performance 6/24-26 – Seattle, WA
Three days of intense performance development hosted by Bellevue PD.
Day 1 will be a heavy focus on practical rifle techniques for LE, and we will push out to 200+ yards. In addition to building strong foundations we will hammer the following:
- Shooting on the move
- Barricade positions and use of cover
- Transitions (emergency vs planned)
- Reloads and malfunction clearance
- Developing personal baselines to track performance
Day 2 will focus heavily on practical handgun while building on what we covered the day before including:
- Cold start drills and on demand performance
- Training mindset to take you “beyond the qual”
- Single hand shooting under stress and on the move
- Developing natural point of aim and Throttle control.
Day 3 will be a hybrid day testing and evaluating the skills learned through practical drills and scenarios pulled from real LE engagements and competitive shooting. With an emphasis on movement, accuracy, and speed, this will push you and give you plenty of homework.

- Integrating dryfire into LE at a squad level
- Use of Virtual Reality (pros & cons)
- Setting your gear up to work for you
